Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the upside, the rooms were equipped with excellent facilities such as a kitchenette and a stove, but unfortunately, there was no fridge available. The on-suite bath was a nice touch. The service provided, however, left much to be desired. The location was unbeatable, right in the very heart of the city in an old palazzo. The dining experience, although included, could have been more varied beyond Danish pastries. The facilities were satisfactory, but there were some disappointments overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were well-equipped with excellent facilities overlooking Nuovo Mercado and were kept impeccably clean. Having a kitchen in the room was very convenient. The service, especially housekeeping, was top-notch. The hotel's location, right in the heart of Florence in an old palazzo, couldn't be more perfect. Dining was included and the red meat options were delightful. The facilities were great, making my stay even more enjoyable.
